Context

It all began in 2016 when a fellow English copywriter asked me to help write a couple of articles for a magazine. Today, I'm still working with ARaymond. Based in France, this fastening solution expert has a network of entities all over the world. The challenge? Communicating internally in English – not the native language for many – to create a sense of belonging and share success stories across all ARaymond entities worldwide.

Adding value

I work closely with Paris-based editorial agency We Factory & Co and ARaymond's internal communications team to create articles – mostly based on interviews in French or English – as well as other content, including welcome guides, employer brand tools, yearbooks and editorial guidelines. When the print magazine went digital as a monthly newsletter, we adapted the tone and style to fit the new format.
