Frequently asked questions

Translation agencies can be a good choice for straightforward projects – although not always as cost-effective as you'd think. If you have repeat projects, they can't always guarantee the same translator every time.

Some also offer transcreation services to adapt your messages. This is often necessary for advertising materials, especially taglines & Co. For some projects, you're better off working in English from the outset.

With extensive copywriting, translation and transcreation experience, I can provide the most adapted approach to get your messages and stories across in English – adapting, rewriting, transforming and starting from scratch when necessary.

Each project is different and there is no set way to work together. It all depends on your requirements and budget. The first step? Set up a call (or meet in person) to discuss exactly what you need and how I can help. I'll then draw up a quote based on a project fee or hourly / day rate. For articles and web content, we can define a price per page if it's easier for you.

The rest is down to you. I often work remotely, although I'm more than happy to come to your offices to work alongside your creative or project teams (in English or French). Feedback and corrections are always included.

The quote for each project is based on the amount of time required and its complexity. To give you a rough idea, my day rate starts at €500 (excluding tax). If you're interested in purchasing a certain of days in advance or a monthly retainer, we can discuss this too.
